Procedure

The number of participants of the STEM-CPD Summer School is limited to 24 participants. The procedure to join the 3rd STEM-CPD Summer School in Aveiro has therefore two steps:

• application to attend
• registration

To participate in the summer school, you must first complete the application form. This form requires you to provide information about your commitment to continuous professional development in teaching and learning in higher STEM education, as well as your personal goals.

After the application period has closed, you will hear from the organizing committee as soon as possible whether you have been admitted to the summer school or not. The selected participants of the 3rd STEM-CPD Summer School will receive further instructions about the payment of the registration fee and the invoice.

The attendance of the STEM-CPD Summer School is only possible upon application and the payment of the registration fee.

Registration fee: 400 euro (deadline payment August 31, 2023)
Registration includes:

• summer school sessions (see the program)
• official “Summer School Dinner”
• certificates ceremony
• lunches and coffee/tea breaks
• booking code for a reduced price at a three-star hotel located near the venue (55 euros/night, inclusive of breakfast) for registration before July 30.

To get some funding to attend this summer school, we recommend you to check the possibilities of the Erasmus+ Training and Erasmus+ Staff exchange programmes.
