Procedure
The number of participants of the STEM-CPD Summer School is limited to 24 participants. The procedure to join the 5th STEM-CPD Summer School in Madrid has therefore two steps:
- application to attend
- registration and payment
To participate in the summer school, you must first complete the application form. This form requires you to provide information about your commitment to continuous professional development in teaching and learning in higher STEM education, as well as your personal goals. The selection will be made after the Early Bird Application deadline. Apply as soon as possible! Note that spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration procedure and payment will start after the closure of the Early Bird deadline.
The attendance of the 5th STEM-CPD Summer School is only possible upon application and the payment of the registration fee.

If you are an employee of an European university, we recommend you to check the possibilities of the Erasmus+ Training and Erasmus+ Staff exchange programmes to get funding to attend the 5th STEM-CPD Summer School (see in About about the mobility targets of this summer school).

Cancellation policy
If an applied participant is unable to attend (register) the event for any reason, the spot and registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
