Overall, the experience felt very positive to me: the many discussions with educators from the same (or different) field was very insightful, but was shared by a joint drive to innovate in education and “convincing” others (at the home institution) to do the same.

I think the format and the different components must be kept. It provided an opportunity for intense engagement. It also helped me not only to identify the challenges within my workspace but to create a roadmap to the possible solution by introducing user cases. I also got to experience snacks from different countries and the Portuguese culture and cuisine.
