Registration “Question-Driven Learning in STEM” Summer School

The number of participants of the “Question-Driven Learning in STEM” Summer School is limited to 25 participants.

After application we will send you as soon as possible the details for the payment of the registration fee. After payment you will receive the invoice.
The deadline for payment is 30 days however for the early bird applicants who apply in December, January, or February, the deadline of payment is March 31, as long as spots are still available. Please note that spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the summer school reaches full capacity, new applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Those on the waiting list will be informed about their status on April 1.

Registration fee includes

• summer school sessions (see the program)
• lunches and coffee/tea breaks
• certificates

If you are an employee of an European university, we recommend you to check the possibilities of the Erasmus+ Training and Erasmus+ Staff exchange programmes to get funding to attend this Summer School (see in About the goals of this summer school).

Cancellation policy

If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval. For the cancellation request received until April 18, the full amount of the fee will be refunded, the bank transfer charge will be borne by the recipient. 50% amount of the fee will be refunded by cancellation between April 18 and May 30, 2025, the bank transfer charge will be borne by the recipient. No refund in case of the cancellation after May 30 (less than one month before the start of the Summer School).
